These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of elderwelder.us (the "Site") and to purchases made on it. The Site is operated by Noxu LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Elder Welder ("Elder Welder", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly. Our products are diversion safes and concealed storage compartments designed to keep valuables out of sight. They are not certified safes and are not fireproof or waterproof unless expressly stated.

3. Installation and safe use

Follow the included template, written instructions and video guide. Outlet safes are not working electrical outlets and must never be connected to electrical wiring. Before cutting into a wall, check for wires, pipes and studs, and follow your local building codes. If you are unsure, use a qualified installer. You are responsible for installing and using the product correctly. Keep keys, codes and fingerprint access secure and out of reach of children.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy (30-day returns). Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No hiding place can guarantee that items will not be found or stolen.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss or theft of items stored in our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is honest and yours, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos and the Elder Welder name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
