Refund policy

30-day returns. You can return any item within 30 days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

Email us at info@elderwelder.us with your order number. Once we accept your return, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be processed.

The item should be complete (all parts, keys, template and manual included) and packed securely, ideally in its original packaging. If the safe has been installed, please remove it carefully and include the cover plate.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping cost.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (for example, a different size or lock type), return it and place a new order for the item you want. Contact us if you need help choosing.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund.
